holiday experience for our guests and towards that end has a full
range of amenities ranging from pool and snooker tables to piped
music and free to view cable/ satellite television. Relax and enjoy
a cup of tea in the spacious Imperial tea lounge and be transported
back to an era of old world hospitality and luxury. Bonfire evenings
are held regularly with a live band in attendance. Barbecues laid on
by our team of chefs provide a perfect end to a day spent exploring
hill tracks in and around the resort. For the more adventurous,
trekking guides can be arranged with prior notice.
RESTAURANT:- This aptly named restaurant aims to take the
guest on to a culinary journey, which encompasses the whole range of
Indian cuisine as well as providing a selection of fare from around
the world. The food at Kasauli Resort is a celebration of Indian
country style cuisine and a reflection of its uniquely wholesome
quality. From the Himalayan foothills to the Peninsula's tip, Indian
food varies according to its location, but everywhere it's
characterised by its robust aromas, glowing colours, earthy flavours
and the evocative taste of exotic masalas. Indian cuisine is a
legacy of an ancient heritage, having been developed in locales as
culturally different as the Palaces of Maharaja's to the bustling
roadside dhaba.
ROOMS:- Whether you opt for a Deluxe Room, a Super Deluxe
Room or chose to live it up in one of our luxury cottages, you are
guaranteed a room which has been tastefully decorated to provide for
our select clientele. Every detail has been thought of and
everything you could dream of has been included. Features such as
individual terraces, round the clock room service and magnificent
valley views, add to the standard fittings of air conditioning,
heating, telephones, satellite televisions and king size beds.
Our luxury cottages are designed to be self contained, stand alone
units. With two en-suite bedrooms and a sitting room, these are an
excellent option for family holidays. All cottages come with fully
fitted kitchens and yet are a quick walk from the main restaurant
for those days when cooking is more a chore than a pleasure.
